Get Strong Saturdays

Helping gyms create space for faith, community, and growth.

Athletes gathered for a Get Strong Saturdays workout and devotional

Get Strong Saturdays are monthly gatherings designed to help CrossFit gyms connect with their communities through both physical and spiritual training.

Similar to a traditional one-hour affiliate class, each gathering combines a workout with a Christ-centered devotional, creating opportunities for athletes, coaches, and gym members to grow stronger together.

Through Get Strong Saturdays, gym owners and coaches are equipped to create meaningful opportunities for connection, discipleship, and conversations about faith within their own communities.

Partner gyms receive access to 12 Get Strong Saturdays devotionals and workouts — one for each month of the year — to help them successfully lead a monthly gathering that strengthens people in faith, purpose, character, and community through Jesus Christ.
